SLC ADU

The client brought this project to me with about 85% of the design done. I helped figure the last 15% out and shepherded the project through the building permit process. A small two level ADU with vaulted ceiling sits in back of a rebuilt garage with an attic truss for storage. The interior is still under construction but, as you can see, the exterior is wrapped up and looking good. Accessory Dwelling Units are one of my favorite type of project - there are so many possibilities.
